Our 14 Days Returns & Refunds Policy

* Prior to any return, please contact us by email or WhatsApp 012-5757354

* Any return without instruction from us will be rejected and no refund will be proceeded.

 

Our return policy allows for item’s return and your choice of a full refund or replacement item’s only when the return is due to following reasons:

Damaged (Before singning parcel inspected / Refuse shipment)

(DO NOT SIGN & REFUSE SHIPMENT) Before signing the delivery confirmation paper, make sure you have inspected the shipment for damage. If the product(s) damaged, you may refuse the shipment and ask the courier to return it. (Please also Whatsapp the clear photos damaged item to 012-5757354) 

Defective

The product does not function

Incorrect/Wrong Item

Not the product the customer ordered (e.g. wrong size)

Missing Item/Part

Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging

 

We do not accept return for any of the following reasons:

If you SINGED or RECEIVED product is damaged in delivery, We do not return

Lack of information

Customer do not know how to use the product. Please contact us and we will guide you

Does not fit

Customer receives the size that was ordered but it does not fit

Customer mistake 

Customer change mind

Customer selected wrong option, quantity or variation

Customer feel regret of buying and wish to cancel

 

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, the general requirements for returns are as follows:

  • Returned item must be shipped back to Sender address within 14 days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, airbill number or bank statement)
  • The product must not fall into the non-refurnable product list. Example: Electronic products with warranty activated or seal broken.
  • The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, certificate of authenticity).
  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted. All sealed items must not be opened.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the item back to us.
